Returns & Refunds

At BabyLux, we want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we've made returns simple.

30-Day Returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email customercare@babylux.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll send you a returns reference and address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back to us.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

All BabyLux bedroom and nursery products are backed by our 3 Year Guarantee against manufacturing defects. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return postage.

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on pillows, mattress toppers, cot mattresses, or duvets once the packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty. Made-to-measure and custom-sized mattresses are non-refundable unless faulty, as these are made specifically for your order.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery.

Wholesale Orders

Returns on wholesale/trade orders are handled under the terms agreed at the time of your wholesale application. Please contact your account contact directly.
