Welcome to BabyLux. By accessing or using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

About Us

BabyLux supplies premium bedroom and nursery bedding — including duvets, pillows, mattress toppers, mattresses, and a full range of cot and kids' bedding — to customers across the UK, both retail and wholesale.

Orders & Pricing

All prices on our site are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order in cases of pricing mistakes, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — in which case you'll be notified and refunded in full.

Product Information

We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images and sizing information are accurate. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. If a product doesn't match its description, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure checkout. We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

Wholesale Customers

Trade pricing, minimum order quantities and payment terms for wholesale accounts are agreed separately following a successful wholesale application, and are governed by the terms confirmed at that time in addition to these Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to BabyLux and may not be used without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (including for death, personal injury, or fraud).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
