Shipping policy
Delivery Information
We deliver across the UK from our warehouse, and aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Free UK Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all UK mainland orders over £50. Orders under £50 are charged a flat-rate delivery fee at checkout.
Delivery Times
- Standard UK Mainland: 3–5 working days from dispatch
- Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland: 5–7 working days, additional surcharge may apply at checkout
- Made-to-Measure & Custom Mattresses: 7–14 working days, as these are made to order
Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Large & Bulky Items
Mattresses, Moses baskets and other bulky items are delivered via a two-person courier service. Someone will need to be available to receive and sign for these deliveries.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Delivery timeframes for wholesale orders are agreed individually based on order size and destination — your account contact will confirm this when your order is placed.
